Refunds

If for any reason an item you have purchase doesn’t work out for you, I will offer an exchange or store credit providing you contact me within 5 days of receiving your item. You must return the item unworn and unwashed, with the original tags attached, and in the original packaging. Items should be posted back to me prepaid within the applicable returns window. I recommend that you insure the package and make note of your tracking number, as Iris Jean cannot be held responsible for lost packages.
