My pieces are made to order with a production time of 2-3 weeks. With the exception of made to ship items which are already made.

Made to ship items will be sent within 2 working days unless they are combined with made to order items within your purchase, which then would mean the regular production time of 2-3 weeks would apply to all items within your order.

Once your order has been made all parcels are posted with Royal Mail using their 1st Class Signed For tracking service sent from Greater Manchester, England.

You will be sent an email with a tracking number when your order has been handmade and dispatched.

Your parcel will be trackable on the Royal Mail website.

UK deliveries usually take 1-2 working days.

During busier periods these time frames may increase.
